Abstract
요 약
치령엔 따른 상아질 접착제의 결합강도에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위해, 최근에 발거된 유구
치, 20세 이하 구치, 50세 이상 구치를 이용, 이를 다시 각 두 군으로 나누어, 한 군에는 상
아질의 유기질 성분과 결합하는 것으로 알려진 GlumaR를, 다른 한 군에는 상
아질의 무기질 성분과 결합하는 것으로 알려진 Clearfil New BondR를 처 리
하고 복합레진을 접착시켜 결합강도를 측정하고, 상아질 표면 및 파단면을 주사 전자 현미
경으로 관찰, 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
상아질의 유기질 성분과 결합하는 것으로 알려진 접착제(GlumaR) 사용시 50
세 이상 치아에서 더 높은 결합강도를 나타내었다 (p<0.05).

BondR) 사용시 역시 50세 이상 치아에서 더 높은 결합강도를 나타내었다

: 파단면 관찰에서, 가장 높은 결합강도를 나타낸 50세 이상 영구치군에서는 상아세관 내
많은 수의 레진 돌기가 잔존해 있는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of aging in dentin on the
effectiveness of two dentin adhesives. Twenty human primary teeth and permanent teeth
extracted from patients aged below 20 years and above 50 years were prepared. The
prepared teeth were separated into two subgroups according to the dentin adhesives to
be used. GlumaR, which bonds chemically with the collagen in dentin, and
Clearfil New BondR, which bonds chemically with the calcium in dentin,
were used.
All specimens were stored in 37℃ distilled water for 24 hours.
Then, tensile bond strength was measured, and the treated dentin surfaces and
fractured dentin surfaces were examined under a scanning electron microscope.
The results were follows :
Teeth of the over-50 age group showed the highest tensile bond strength in both
dental bonding agents(P<0.05).
On the SEM examination, dentin surfaces treated with 40% phosphoric acid showed
open dentinal tubules without the smear layer or smear plugs. Dentin surfaces treated
with EDTA showed a clean dentin surface without the smear layer, but showed the
remaining smear plugs in dentinal tubules.
On the SEM observation of the fractured dentin surfaces, the primary teeth showed
little resin tags remaining in the dentinal tubules, but a few resin tags in the dentinal
tubules were observed in the teeth of the over-50 age group.
